C37.94 OPTICAL DATA INTERFACE UNIT

DFX1000
Brochure

Teleprotection schemes are used by power authorities to deliver electricity safely and securely. While protection relays are available with a range of interface types, the Avara optical C37.94 interface is becoming increasingly common. By implementing the C37.94 standard within the protection relay and the communications equipment, the need for additional media converters is eliminated.
